I did the 3d animations with the titles on top, for this promo for the new television series "Body Invaders" on Discovery.
I used Cinema 4d, Zbrush and After Effects. The hard parts were getting the xray shader exactly right, posing the skeleton to match the human body mesh, and manually sculpting the 3d arteries in place around the bones using anatomical photo reference. This also uses the new After Effects CS6 Ray-Tracer for the 3d text, so that the titles are editable.
